Refund Policy

At A&S Logistique Mondiale Limited, we strive towards excellence when it comes to our customer’s shopping experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us and we will do our best to help you.

Return of Items
Customers have 30 days from the time of purchase to return an item they are unsatisfied with.

Returned items must be unused, unaltered, in its original packaging (if applicable) and shop worthy in order to be validated for return.

Items must present an invoice or receipt as proof of purchase when returning an item.

Refunds
Once the items are returned, inspected and confirmed to meet the standards outlined above, A&S Logistique Mondiale Limited will contact the purchaser and advise of the status of the refund.

If the returned item is approved for refund, A&S Logistique Mondiale Limited will issue the refund through the credit card used for the purchase, and the funds will reach the purchasers account within 30 days (depending on the card issuer’s policies).

Shipping
All Shipping costs are non-refundable, if items are approved for refund, the cost of shipping the items back to us must be paid by the purchaser.
