All orders are subject to product availability. Customers will be refunded if an item is not in stock at the time that their delivery is due to be made.

Deliveries are estimated to be made within three to five (3-5) working days after the sale is processed. This does not include Sundays and Public Holidays.

A&S Logistique Mondiale Ltd LLC. reserves the right to modify our delivery charges based on the nature of the delivery. Any changes would be relayed to you upon contact.

A reply would only be generated after your purchase has been processed.

If there are any visible damages upon delivery, please notify the courier IMMEDIATELY. No claims will be honored after the unit has been received and signed for.

Pick-up’s option can only be made 24 hours after the sale is processed. 

Our Warehouse (postal code A5) is open for pick-ups of large items on Monday-Friday during the hours of 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Please note that if the desired pick-up location does not have the goods ordered, you will be contacted and informed as to when it will become available at that location.
